Fallece Scott Walker, nacido como Noel Scott Engel (9 de enero de 1943 Ohio, 22 de marzo de 2019 Londres), miembro de The Walker Brothers con quienes gravó singles como "The Sun Ain' t Gonna Shine Anymore" o "No Regrets" para en 1967 arrancar una carrera en solitario en la que encadenó discos de gran talla como son "Scott" (1967), "Scott 2" (1968), "Scott 3" (1969) y "Scott 4" (1968); y luego más adelante un disco de vanguardia publicado en 1995 "Tilt" con el que se labró un gran prestigio como músico experimental.
Dotado de una gran voz de crooner y un carácter con el que rehuía de la fama y del reconocimiento público, sus participaciones en bandas sonoras también son notables, siendo su último trabajo publicado en 2016 "The Childhood Of Leader". Ídolo del mismísimo David Bowie, su estilo ha sido un referente que ha alcanzado el pop actual con nombres como Tom Yorke o los "Last Shadow Puppets" entre sus emuladores.
